Calendula Flowers

From Lady Kate's Garden
Fresh whole flowers that are both edible and medicinal. Sometimes called "Pot Marigold" the petals are mild flavored and can be added to savory dishes like eggs, cheese, soups, salads, teas, poultry, and rice, as well as any sweets. For centuries, Calendula has been used medicinally to improve eyesight, skin conditions, and mood. I infuse the fresh or dried flowers in organi olive oil for a soothing face and body oil.
