Shop the hub’s online marketplace after signing up for a free account. The hub says ordering opens at 11 am each Wednesday and closes the following Tuesday night, with pickup on Thursdays and Fridays at the hub in west end Billings, Thursday pickup at partner sites around Billings and in Red Lodge, and home delivery on Thursdays in Billings and Laurel for a fee. Its retail store is open for in-person shopping during those pickup times. CSA enrollment was not open when this was checked, and the hub asks that all correspondence go by email. Confirm current pickup sites, times and fees in the marketplace.

Yellowstone Valley Food Hub describes itself as a Montana food cooperative connecting over 35 local farms, ranches and food artisans from the Greater Yellowstone Valley watershed, farmer-owned and led with no single owner. It says it officially launched in 2019 with support from Northern Plains, the Yellowstone Valley Citizens Council and eleven founding producers. The hub supplies local, seasonal products to chefs, caterers, restaurants and food banks as well as households. Its member growers are not certified organic, on purpose, and it says it partners with the Western Montana Growers Cooperative to bring in certified organic produce.
