Beef, Knuckle Bones - 100% Grass Fed
Origin not yet confirmed
From Coulee Creek Ranch
Knuckle bones are found at the end of long bones. The bone is dense with marrow on the interior and a layer of cartilage on the exterior. The high cartilage content of knuckle bones makes them the ideal choice for a rich, gelatinous beef bone broth. Mix with a few marrow bones for an extra flavorful broth. Also great for dogs to help clean their teeth! Our cows are always 100% grass-fed.
