Get to know
Root Cellar Foods.

Root Cellar Foods says it is located in the Gallatin Valley and converts local and regionally grown vegetables into fresh ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products for wholesale and retail in Montana. Farmers do the planting, growing and harvesting; the hub does the washing, chopping, shredding and slicing. Its online market, which it says opened in June 2020, also carries local meat, dairy, grains and value-added items, and the hub says it sells only grains, meat, dairy and value-added goods grown, raised and produced in Montana. When local produce runs out, it says it sources through the Western Montana Growers Cooperative in Missoula and Organically Grown Company in the Pacific Northwest.
