Good for Canning or Preserving: boxes of mixed-variety tomatoes--heirlooms and greenhouse slicing tomatoes, all sizes from plum-sized salad tomatoes to large slicing tomatoes, some limited cracking, mixed colors and a range of ripeness, 6-7 pounds per box. These are not the cream of the crop--picked ripe off the vine, but they will have a garden-tomato flavor and hold longer than tomato seconds
