This weeks featured soup is made with the intention of making the locally grown vegetables shine! The soup is vegan this week, but we would like to recommend adding Sunning Dog's sausage (brown first). All ingredients grown in the Bitterroot Valley with the exception seasoning. Contains: Timeless Seeds Organic Chickpeas, Winter Kissed Farm Celery and Potatoes, Markette Farms Kale, Stock made with Swift Current Oyster Mushrooms, Western Montana Growers Co-op Organic Onions, Ian and Ellen's Garlic
