This flavor has tomatillos and spices with a medium heat. Our salsa verde is made with fresh tomatillos, pasilla, jalapeno & serrano peppers, onion & garlic roasted together; then finished with fresh lime juice, sea salt, a hint of cumin and locally grown cilantro. Blaine Mountain Salsa is made locally in Kalispell, Montana. Made fresh every week, we start with locally grown ripe off the vine tomatoes, always hand cut, always hand crafted.
