The sweet, mellow taste of summer is captured in this wonderful peach jam made from ripe peaches from Tower Creek Gardens (located just north of Salmon, ID). Simple, pure,and unspiced like so many crave from memories of their childhood. Enjoy! Ingredients: Local Peaches, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon Juice, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).
