This blend was created because I was inspired to create a balanced but fully native tea to this region. The foundation of it is made with fermented then dried fireweed, Epilobium angustifolium, which is a delicious and mildly fruity tasting tea, high in vitamin A and C. Blended with yarrow, rosehips, rose petals, and mint. This blend is light, floraly and fruity. It is delicious, bright and refreshing tasting. Ingredients: Fermented dried fireweed, mint, yarrow, rose hips, rose petals. Grown organically (though not certified) on our farm in Corvallis, Montana.
