Crunchier, more flavorful with tastes of sunflower nuttiness, even holds texture better in spinach dishes, omelets, bakes, stir frys etc. For those into the nutritional side it boasts nearly 50-75% pure bioavailable protein by weight. 1oz = 28grams.. 14-20 grams of protein per oz of sunflower greens! If any supplementation for growth is needed, in or above soil we use only organic in house made probiotic nutrients.
