Organic non-GMO heirloom broccoli microgreen seed grown in bio-dynamic local Montana compost mixed with our living soil blend. If any supplementation for growth is needed, in or above soil we use only organic and made in house probiotic nutrients. Broccoli microgreens are a nutrient powerhouse! These microgreens have concentrated levels of vitamins A, B, C, and E, the minerals calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and zinc. When broccoli micros are being digested (along with other cruciferous vegs) it releases compounds and converts to sulforaphane--powerful phytochemical being studied for its anti cancer and cancer preventative properties. Broccoli microgreens have a mild pepper and crunchy flavor profile, perfect for rice bowls, salads, sandwiches, served on fish, meat, tofu. Its flavor compliments many foods!
