Micro Bitterroot Salad Mix slightly varies depending on availability but generally contains the following: Purple Radish, Mustards, Broccoli, Arugula, Kale, Purple Cabbage, and sometimes garlic leek, and or basil, chervil, amaranth, and more! Plus a seasonally available edible flower ( also available by special request) All our products this mix are grown in organic and local Montana compost / living soil blend. If any supplementation for growth is needed, in or above soil we use only organic and made in house probiotic nutrients.
