Blue Coyote Farm has a special offering-- Angi's partner Jamie is from Vermont and goes home every spring to tap nearly 200 Sugar Maple trees on his family property. He hauls the load all the way home to Montana! This year he harvested around 2700 gallons of sap which became 45 gallons of pure VT maple syrup.
