Locally grown organic Nappa cabbage and daikon radish with garlic and ginger in a spicy chili paste. Spicy, crunchy, and oh-so fabulous in a grilled cheese sandwich. Contains rice flour. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with napa cabbage, daikon radish, and a blend of spices. There are lots of different varieties and ways to make kimchi. Our kimchi is vegan; we do not use fish sauce or sugar in our kimchi. It is tangy, crunchy, and has just the right amount of heat.
