Jam Cherry Rhubarb Organic

This is a Flathead twist on an old country favorite. If you love that tart flavor of rhubarb, this mixture will have you in heaven. Spread it on toast or mix it with plain greek yogurt for a yummy start to your day. Since we grow the fruit we leave it on the tree as long as possible to allow the fruit to ripen to maximum sugar levels. In this way we are able to add much less sugar than conventional store bought jams and the result is a product with much more natural fruit flavor.
