For our 5 year anniversary we introduce “Nirvana” the hot sauce! This sauce is inspired by our love for Thai cuisine and our quest for intense heat balanced with lots of flavor. We hope that these classic Thai ingredients along with fermented Dragon’s Breath chilies send you into a perfect state of Nirvana! Ingredients: dragon’s breath chili mash (peppers, water, salt), white wine vinegar, onion, dragon fruit, red bell peppers, Thai chili peppers, banana*, lime juice, orange juice*, carrot*, garlic*, sesame oil*, sea salt, water, galangal, dried kaffir lime leaves & dragon’s breath chili powder. * organic.
