Our creamed honey is made by mixing our raw honey until it becomes smooth and creamy in consistency. We have four different kinds: USDA organic Cinnamon, USDA organic Ginger, local sustainably grown Lavender, and Plain. We add the cinnamon, ginger, or lavender while mixing to compliment the flavor of the honey.
