Green Rooibos, Mountain Winter Berry

The base is green rooibos, the unoxidized version of rooibos. It tastes lighter and fresher than the red kind, closer to a green tea, with no caffeine. Elderberry brings the berry tang, and apple softens it. t's an easy cup to drink all winter, in the morning or after dinner. Naturally caffeine-free, so it works at any hour. Seasonal and limited, blended in small batches in Missoula, Montana. When it's gone, it's gone.
