Freeze dried raspberry powder and dark Belgium chocolate drizzle. No artificial colors used! Belgium galettes are a soft dense cake in the shape of a waffle with a sweet buttery vanilla flavor and a surprising crunch which comes from the Belgium pearl sugar. These lovely treats are not overly sweet and surprisingly fulfilling, can be eaten as a snack or a meal and are best consumed at room temperature. You don’t heat them or put syrup on them. There are a lot of waffles out there, but none compares to the flavor and quality of these galettes, staying true our Belgian heritage. One taste is all it takes.
