If you want carrot harvesters to be paid $20/hour for their work; their farms to generate their own solar electricity for pumps, refrigeration, and motors; and farms to hold up-to-date Workers Compensation Insurance, we encourage you buy these delicious carrots. Farmers note: these have experienced frosts, translating a lot of carbohydrates to the carrot's natural antifreeze (sugar). Pretty neat.
