Cabbage, Napa
Origin not yet confirmed
From Winter Kissed Farm
We don't just grow juicy Napa Cabbage. We do it with a lot of benefits to the land and people we work with. If you want napa harvesters to be paid $15-16/hour for their work; farms to generate their own solar electricity for pumps, refrigeration, and motors; and farms to hold up-to-date Workers Compensation Insurance, we encourage you buy these crisp and juicy heads. Napa Cabbage has thick white ribs and crinkly, soft yellow or pale green leaves with a feathery texture. Deliciously raw mixed into salads. Versatilely stands up to heat in stir fries. But please, please: think Kimchi!
