Country loaf dough with a mix of chopped raw walnuts and sun-dried cranberries, that give its crumb a darker purple color and sweet taste. Can be eaten alone or lightly toasted. Also great with a good blue cheese (Roquefort). 3 to 4 days in paper bag or frozen for 2 to 3 weeks max.
