A flavorful and slightly spicy jam made from local Apricots grown in Salmon, Idaho and chili and vanilla beans infused in the cooking process. A great pairing with cream cheese and crackers, or as a meat glaze. No preservatives added. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 3-4 weeks. Ingredients: Local Apricots, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon Juice, Red Chili, Vanilla Bean.
