Pelmeni are bite sized dumplings of Russian cuisine, consisting of meat and veggie fillings, wrapped in thin, unleavened dough. Boil for 5 minutes and enjoy. *Note: 50/50 bags are mixed, and you can't tell the difference from the outside. This means you'll have a surprise in every bite. They're both delicious! Meat dumplings are made with Wheat Montana Flour and filled with local Mannix Beef and Farm to Market Pork. Veggie dumplings uses mushrooms from Swift Current Farms.
