Baked tortilla chips

Tortillas cut into triangles, brushed with oil, and baked crisp. The chips for the black bean and corn salsa.

Let’s make it

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Spray or lightly brush the tortillas on both sides with oil.
  3. Cut each tortilla into six triangles and arrange them in one layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake until the chips are crisp and golden brown, 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. Season the chips lightly with salt and serve.
